first of all, Rengoku would have killed Akaza if it weren't for the sunrise. Shinobu had ZERO chance of defeating Douma. The only way was suicide (which also failed because if Inosuke and Kanao hadn't cut him down, Douma would have regenerated).

An extremely weakened Rengoku held Akaza in place, stopped his attack and didn't let him break free of his grip despite Akaza going all out. That alone clears everything midnobu did against 10% power Douma.
