I know my PVC’s are due to perimenopause, I’ve got meds for them too, but I get them while vaping typo. Do you think that the vape sets them off more ? I only vape with a drink

hi jen. I'm 55 and had no periods for 18 months. I went to dr feeling awful and she put me on hrt patches (did improve how i felt). been on them 5 weeks and have bled since day one using them. is this normal?

How do i know if i'm on HRT (everol sequi). That's still giving me a monthly bleed but has started becoming a bit iregular. I'm 48 and started hrt 7 months ago

I got rid of Sugar in my diet and unknowingly my joint pain went from 100% to around 30%...and brain fog has just about disappeared.

49 and the symptoms just became so crazy that I am now just starting HRT....ill give it 6 months to see if it helps me .....its very scary with all the possible side effects but at this point im desperate for some relief

Yes I noticed all those things but yes my neck I can’t turn and look at things like I used to have to move my body too not just my neck anymore:/

I’m absolutely sick to the back teeth of this perimenopause , according to my doctor I’m at the beginning and according to this list I am at the beginning 😭🙈😡, all the symptoms I’ve been getting for abt 3 years but now more extreme, I think I might try hrt 😅

period twice a year for nearly 4yrs. started hrt, reacted badly went into the 3nd period for the years. terrible cramps for 3½ days.. I don't think hrt is for me.
