At Amazon they tried pulling some 15 min break but the time starts right when they call it so if u on the other side of the warehouse that’s 3 min minimum it takes to walk to the break room or car I’m like ya right my shit starts when I sit down

hear me out 45 min break for 11 hours in a warehouse for 17 dollars an hour lifting 70 pounds on avg goes up to 143 lifting 1600 packages a day working in skraight heat in microwave trailors 45 min break by the time u get to the front its 30 mins left 🥀

I have 15 min. breaks its awful cuz while im on my 15 i fall behind from work and management comes up to me saying “whys this not done?” Bruh u should know by now and when i try to skip my breaks (except for lunch which is a legal requirement) they get mad at me so i can not fall behind
