I've stopped doing this. It ruins my hair. I js recently learned in cos school that every time you wet your hair, it swells, and once it dries, it goes back down. Constant wetting causes the hair shaft to open and close rapidly which causes damage and fizzy, stringy curls. Now I've cut a lot of hair, and I'm doing weekly styles to limit it.

Tbh i switched to lightweight products and it saved me my curls feel so soft i have low porosity hair and its fine so using mouses and gels and creams on my hair was weighing it down heavily! I now use spray gel its more water based and foam i wanna try curl serum because a hairstylist recommended it to me instead of cream
