About the gnosis I think the gnosis (they're Rhinedottir chess pieces except Tsaritsas) electro and dendro have lost but still stand cause they're still active and with power and act for heavenly anemo and hydro have fallen down cause neither venti nor nuvellete care about heavenly principles so they don't act for them only geo stands in the chess game cause zhongli has a contract with heaven and can't break it as he already told us, plus his contract with Tsaritsa that we don't know it yet

I think the hydro and anemo were down cuz they won't be very significant players, Neuvillette is kiiinda still learning and Venti kinda stays out of stuff, while there's a statue to Ronova in Inazuma, Irminsul holds a lot of significance in the Tsaritsa's plan and Zhongli literally made a deal with her

At least the hydro gnosis is laying since the hydro throne was destroyed with focalore as for anemi I don’t believe it is because venti just dosent do anything I think it’s something more but we don’t know what(my thoughts don’t judge)

Regarding the electro dragon. it's been stated that the narukami tree seals something under inazuma. I think that is the electro dragon.

Ventis statue is to the temple of space not celestia and for the Gnosis I believe Zhongli has a Contract with the heavily principles so his gnosis is the only one lit up since every other archon cut ties off with Celestia

People presume the hydro gnosis is out because the throne was destroyed but others think it's because the power and authority has returned to the hydro sovereign (which lwk would be gaggy because of that really old theory pre inazuma theory that Venti basically drained the gnosis power for the anemo sovereign)
