I did this recipe but use the dry recipe. this costs $29.99 just for the Super washing soda alone. Yes, it is a little cheaper than the store bought, but definately not that cheap! It did wash well though

But I’ve always been told that if you use the bar soap type of homemade detergent that it eventually builds up and ruins your washing machine is this true?

I dont use borax we dont need it where I live. I use a natural soap ( where I live Sunlight) a cake of sard ( a stain remover) and washing soda. Best thing i have ever used

the math is not mathing. in 5 gallons there are about 180 1/2 standads cups so its not 300 laundries....... i an not sure it is cheeper
