They do depreciate and ground rent goes up every year if you can afford 3 best way to do it I tried being landlord after selling our caravan after 5 years but the government are making landlords verry difficult with all laws.

Caravans don’t hold value nor will you be able to pass them down. After so long, they have to be removed because they’re too old. Buy a small house, air bnb it and it’ll always go up in value.
