Cook Chicken Parmigiana “Parmesan” with me! You can find the recipe and ingredient list below. I paired the Chicken Parmesan with Fettuccine Alfredo pasta. My viral Fettucine Alfredo recipe video is pinned on my page 🍝♥️. I appreciate all of the love and support you all have shown me. I love engaging with all of you in the comments so please let me know if you try this out and post photos of your dish 🥹 @Kinder's Flavors @T-fal USA @Costco Wholesale @Pyrex @Rao’s Homemade @target #chickenparm #alfredo #pastarecipe #Dinnerldeas #homecooking Ingredient List: • 2 Chicken Breasts • 3 eggs • Seasonings: Salt, Black Pepper, Smoked Paprika, Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning, Kinder Seasoning “The Blend” (you’ll need 2 servings of 1/2 teaspoon each- one for the egg wash and one for the breadcrums) •1.5 cups of Italian Breadcrumbs • Rao’s Marinara Sauce (I used about 1/2 of a 28oz jar) • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese • Handful of Fresh Parsely •Freshly grated Parmesan Instructions: 1.	Pound two chicken breasts evenly, then slice each breast in half to create thin cutlets. Preheat your oven to 425°F. 2.	In a wide dish, whisk 3 eggs and season with ½ teaspoon of each seasoning listed above. 3.	In a separate wide dish, Add 1½ cups Italian breadcrumbs and season with ½ teaspoon of each seasoning listed above. 4.	Dip each chicken cutlet into the egg wash, coating both sides. Shake off any excess, then dip into the breadcrumbs and coat heavily on both sides, gently patting the breadcrumbs to adhere. 5.	Heat vegetable oil in a pan, making sure the oil is very hot before adding the chicken. 6.	Add one chicken cutlet at a time to the hot oil. Cook for about 2 minutes per side, then set aside. 7.	Warm marinara sauce in a pot and season generously with black pepper, garlic powder, and fresh parsley. 8.	Spoon a generous amount of marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese over each chicken cutlet. 9.	Place the chicken in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes. 10.	Remove from the oven and broil on high for 20–30 seconds, until bubbly and lightly browned. 11.	Finish with fresh parsley and freshly grated Parmesan, then serve.
