I'm pretty sure the marketing team behind promoting this mission ship were intentionally strategic about selecting carefully edited social media content from influencers that omitted faith-based connotations to lure in people who would not otherwise have come if they had known. That video also said the bookshop had every genre you could think of; it most certainly does not. There were also very few books under £1. The items under £1 were mostly stationery or badges. I was disappointed and glad they are being called out for the deception, which conveniently can't be directly tied back to anyone involved with the ship, just the influencer posts. 👀

I’ve been on this boat when it was docked NelsonMandela Bay Harbour. They gave away free books plus entrance was free.
