I’m not crazy!!! I knew it! I used to have beautiful thick long hair, and I moved from Mexico to California and I lost half of my hair! I keep telling ppl that is the WATER! But they think I’m crazy! Even when I go to Mexico if I just wash my hair with shampoo my hair turns out sooo soft! 😭😭😭

Yeah, our water out here is bad. please invest into a water filter. I had to get one because it didn’t just affect my hair. It affected my skin as well. I kind of wish it was mandatory for all of our apartments and houses to have water filters.

My hair looks exactly like ur California hair (I live in So Cal). It's so frustrating. I stayed at an Air Bnb in Vegas & my hair looked incredible. No frizz, stringiness, webbing. It was so silky & smooth. Came back to CA & it went straight back to a mess 😩

Get a water softener? If you’re in an apartment you can buy one that’s usually for trailers/rvs. They’re pretty compact and not crazy expensive and the upkeep is basically just running salt water through it once a month.
