@tam_yam_recipes: NOT a cheesecake bars… 👀 They’re homemade Biscoff Ice Cream Bars and they disappeared faster than anything I’ve made this summer. 🤎 POV: You only wanted one Biscoff biscuit… Creamy vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips, layered between crunchy Lotus Biscoff biscuits and finished with a silky layer of melted Biscoff spread. No oven. No ice cream machine. Just freeze overnight. Ingredients (18 × 18 cm mold) • 20 Lotus Biscoff biscuits • 400 g heavy whipping cream • 50 g condensed milk • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 100 g white chocolate • 150 g chocolate chips • 200 g Biscoff spread • 100 g Biscoff spread (for the topping) Method • Arrange 10 Biscoff biscuits in the bottom of the mold. • Whip the cold cream until soft peaks form. • Mix the melted white chocolate with the condensed milk. • Fold it into the whipped cream. • Add the melted (not hot) Biscoff spread and chocolate chips, then combine gently. • Pour over the biscuit layer. • Spread the melted Biscoff spread on top. • Finish with the remaining biscuits. • Freeze overnight, slice, and enjoy. ✨ The best part? Every bar already comes with its own Biscoff biscuit on top and on bottom as an ice cream sandwich. Full step-by-step recipe is on my YouTube (link in bio).
