@inmykitchen_uk: Feta meatballs | avocado dip | crispy chickpeas Base: 1/2 avocado 2 tablespoons yoghurt 1 tablespoon feta 1 garlic clove (crushed) 1/2 lime (juiced) 1 tablespoon chopped parsley Pinch of salt Mash together. Meatballs: 200g chicken mince 2 tablespoons feta 1/2 tsp lime zest 1/2 teaspoon oregano Pinch of salt Mix well and form into balls. Fry in 1 tablespoon olive oil for about 10-15 minutes on medium heat, flipping them frequently. Chickpeas: 3 tablespoons cooked chickpeas 1 teaspoon olive oil Pinch of salt 1/2 teaspoon paprika Air fry at 220 C degrees for 15-20 mins shaking every 5 minutes.
