Maybe it’s the light seeping through a window on a late June evening, maybe it’s a a worn out chapter in a favorite book, or maybe it’s just a tree that looks pretty. Look for it. 2. Try a restaurant you often drive by and have never tried. Simple novelty in life can bring a needed feeling of rejuvenation. 3. Return to an old hobby or passion. You don’t need to be all in, but dip your toes in again and remember what it felt like. 4. Go listen to your favorite artist’s entire discography, and listen in order without skipping any songs. 5. Forgive yourself. 6. Write a letter to your younger self. Pick the age, and write honestly and kindly. 7. Attempt to witness true love as often as possible and take note of it.
