our house rule is, if you pass turn, and the other person has already started playing their turn, and you missed your triggers - too bad. We'll point out that you missed it so you can remember next time, but you ain't getting them until you start remembering. Maybe after a couple loses you'll start paying attention 🤷

I can’t fking stand having to wait an extra 30-60 seconds at the end of my end step while you collect your trigger benefits before you begin your turn

Trial and error. Remind them every so often, but not all the time. The only way they'll get better about remembering things is when they no longer have the friendly reminder and safety net.

Babying other players with constant take-backsies and late triggers only makes it worse. You miss it, then it doesn’t happen. Learn to pay attention to the deck YOU MADE
