Very easy just ask the customer support of booking to transfer you to the relocations team they will help you finding another hotel even if its more expensive.. ps: i’m a travel agent in one of those apps 😜

My dad and I had this problem once. We got in contact with booking com and they got us a new accommodative in just a few hours and it was way way better one than the one we had previously booked
