I’ve been stable for 3 years but it is still hard. I had a very public episode in my neighborhood and it’s still mortifying for me. I admire your strength and the way you can talk about everything that happened to you. Thank you for making these videos. It really does help me to feel not so alone.

I had a psychosis starting last september and ending mid november and i am still dealing with the post depression. I had to get on antidepressants bc of it 😫

I lost custody from my 2 year old. I only see him every other weekend for what happened when I was sick and unmedicated. Was going through postpartum and couldn’t sleep when my son was at his dad’s. Biggest regret I lost everything

Mental health issues is one thing but then add to it being a beautiful woman some people who are secretly jealous of you can use it as an excuse to dog pile on you because they see you as a threat. Don’t ever think it’s just because there’s something wrong with you others can also see your beauty, light and that you have a good heart

The Jesus preachers latch into mentally ill people, I had the exact same in my manic episode they kept coming up to me and gaslighting me about god. I told my therapist after and she explained that they do look out for vulnerable people. This isn’t to dis religion but it can be really dangerous as it sent me into psychosis I thought Jesus was trying to talk to me 😭😂
