She told the operator to come quick - someone was trying to come through her bathroom mirror. The police knew she suffered with mental health issues and had a history of paranoia so didn’t take her claims seriously. When they finally did show up to investigate police refused to force entry. They then returned due to neighbours calls asking for a welfare check. Sadly when they finally got in to her flat, it wasn’t good news.
