That’s why I downloaded the Roku app on my phone. It has a remote on it. 😂

Sometimes it takes more effort to reach for that remote, than to run extra mile on training. Because, laying on sofa for long time makes you super relaxed, bones feel heavy...stand up and stretch, once and a while
