Stop eating plants and eat animals! Red meat, fat, eggs! Plants wreck stomach lining and food particles get in to blood stream causing skin irritation in certain people. I had it my whole young adult life until I went carnivore. No eczema since. All the best X

When I went through TSW I couldn't even keep my job, they had to let me go due to sickness and needing flexibility which caused more stress as I had bills to pay and stress causes you to flare up. Endless cycle

I had really bad eczema until I started taking Dupixent, and it calmed down after around six months. I also stopped using moisturisers and now completely rely on Bioderma body and face lotion, Dermol 500 as a soap substitute, and Vaseline for dry skin instead of regular lotion. If the flare-up gets bad, use hand mittens at night and file your nails down to avoid opening wounds. The biggest help will come from Dupixent, as well as avoiding fragrance and scratchy materials.
