This sound is exactly what I heard the day I got cheated on, It was at a store that had chimes on the door. My friend and I was grabbing bread and he brung up how he forget to tell me that somebody told him that my ex texted him a week or two ago, when me and her were still dating and blocked him right after so I wouldnt see anything and even removed the messages. He said it right in front of me, I was there but I just wasn’t listening because I had my airpods. When I first heard it from my friend, Everything stopped, my heart sank, my head just stopped thinking, my ears stopped hearing, for approximately .5 seconds, and everything went back to normal at its own rate, I then said I didn’t care, knowing deep inside I did and like I wasn’t hurt inside. After we checked out for the bread, I heard the chimes on the door as we left, and then on the way back home, my friend had his window down, and I stuck my head out and layed it on his door while thinking about it, All I heard was just this exact sound, at the same time.
