Had to end a friendship cause the person told me I was “trauma dumping” I was in awe because she never vocalized that to me. Cause if I knew me talking about my pain and life was a burden, I would NEVER have EVER brought it up…🫤. My bestfriend NOW would NEVEERRRRRR!!!! ✨😁

i am this friend and I will listen to my friends talk about the same problems again and again. however, when it’s an issue you can fix and are choosing not to that’s where i have to say “you already know my opinion on this and you know you won’t like what i have to say” and move on 🤷♀️
