I feel fat everyday because of my ED and body dysmorphia. ive never really thought about what my friends thinks about my body it has never crossed my mind since its a constant battle between me and my brain, i didnt know some people can think like this— being conscious about their own body to their friends since having a battle with ur mind is so draining and tiring enough. Everyone is fighting their own battles and im sure no one is thinking about you, dont add stress to yourself more.
