I never go camping without Bactine! It’s antiseptic and it has lidocaine, to immediately stop itching from bug bites, and pain from minor cuts.

Even cheaper than pimple patches: get a roll of hydrocolloid! It comes in a roll like tape and you can just cut off small pieces! They're not pretty or perfect but they work great!

You can spray paint the pool noodles with glow in the dark paint. They charge all day and last all night. Plus if you seal it in they last for years without having to repaint.

One trick I swear by is to bring a hand broom and dust pan to clean out the debris on the floor of your tent before disassembling everything at the end of a trip

I also bring a collapsible laundry basket for dirty clothes while camping, that's where all the max worn clothes etc go to keep all that separate from the clean clothes
