yup! i pump 3-4 oz and baby drinks 4oz every 3 hours im barely keeping up, i wish it was more normalized on social media to NOT have a massive oversupply

i nurse & pump, i get 2 oz usually after i pump. i’ve been combo feeding because she is very consistently eating and i feel like i can’t keep up. she’s primary breastmilk, and formula when needed. best decision currently for us rn

Having oversupply problems are not fun, and im not even an oversuppler, but if oversupply comes with more leaking and engorgment, and having to pump for relief then yeah i dont want it😭to anyone who feels like their supply is not enough, be careful what you wish for. If your baby is growing and can get full during feeds then your milk is enough.

when my milk came in i had over supply in on boob i was getting 6-8 ounces just from one side and barely getting 2 out of my other.. now i’m lucky to get 2-3 combined i’m only 3 weeks pp 🤕
