Smoky Chicken Tikka Biryani 🔥 juicy chicken tikka, spicy masala, dum biryani, basmati rice, Pakistani biryani, homemade biryani, easy biryani recipe, street style flavor, rich aroma made with Shan masala #chickentikkabiryani #biryani #fyp #FoodTok #homemade 🍛 Chicken Tikka Biryani Recipe Ingredients: • Whole chicken – 2 (cut into pieces) • Basmati rice – 1.5 kg (soaked 1 hour) • Shan Tandoori Masala – 3 tbsp • Biryani Masala – 3–4 tbsp • Yogurt – 1 cup • Lemon juice – 3–4 tbsp • Turmeric – 1 tsp • Red food color – 1 tsp • Ginger paste – 2 tbsp • Garlic paste – 2 tbsp • Coriander powder – 1 tbsp • Cumin powder – 1 tbsp • Onions – 3 (sliced) • Tomatoes – 3 large • Green chilies – 3–5 • Achari Masala – 1 tbsp • Oil – 1 cup • Whole spices – cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, bay leaf, black pepper • Fresh coriander & mint – handfuls • Salt – 1 tsp in masala, 2½–3 tbsp in rice ⸻ Method: 1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, tandoori masala, biryani masala, ginger & garlic paste, turmeric, red food color, coriander & cumin powder, and 1 tsp salt. Rest 1–2 hours. 2. Cook chicken in oil until tender and golden brown. For smoky flavor, add hot coal in a small bowl under chicken with a little oil and cover. 3. Fry onions until dark brown, blend with tomatoes & green chilies, then cook with ginger & garlic paste, biryani masala, achari masala, turmeric, and salt until oil separates. 4. Boil soaked rice with whole spices, vinegar, coriander, mint, and 2½–3 tbsp salt until 80% done. 5. Layer: rice → masala → rice → chicken tikka → coriander, mint, fried onions, and food color. Cover and cook on low flame for 20–25 minutes.
