When I worked at McDonalds in the 90s, we made those and sold them. They were called an Apple Pie Ala Mode. That was my dinner every night I worked!! 🤣

The apple pie used to be fried, then they changed it to baked. No longer ever that hot or crunchy. ✌️

Back when the baked apple pies were 2/$1 and the Sundays were a buck we would get these all the time. $3 for two desserts and my kids loved them.
