my 15 year old told me that I am addicted to tiktok and I said, "im building community." (im also a chronically ill girly who makes silly little tiktoks) ...as a chronically ill girl...it gets lonely....and boring...but ya know whos there for me? tiktok and my community...my friends live in my phone! (plus im in so much pain that when I HAVE to do a chore or something, I take my phone and it plays while im doing the thing so I can try not to focus on myself, my body, the pain, the nausea, etc...it feels like it works a little. so its a "tool" more than an "addiction".

Thank you so much for your videos, you are actually the reason why I found out POTS and how I actually pushed myself to see my doctor because for years I suffered with POTS but just never knew that I was chronically ill, so your videos taught me a lot about POTS and learned a lot about it through your videos and how to be able to still do things but listen to my body as it’s something that I struggle with so thank you for your videos and congratulations!!!!!!!!🎉🎊 🥳

honestly u helped me realise that it isnt this horrible thing to ever expect anyone to love me or stay for me and it also helped me cut off, while my best friend but extremely ableist person out of my life :) And now i actually know that no matter how sick i am i am completely within my right to want love and friendship bcs i deserve that especially when im already suffering so much
