@heresyourbite: Crispy Blackened Chicken Tacos with Peach Salsa 🍑 I really, really love summer peaches, and I wanted to find a way to work them into dinner. My blackened salmon with mango salsa has been one of my favorite summer recipes for years, so I figured I’d swap the mango for peaches and see what happened. Safe to say… I’ll be making these all summer. The peach salsa is really what makes these. Sweet peaches, crunchy orange bell pepper, jalapeño, cilantro, and lots of fresh lime keep everything bright and fresh, while the smoky chicken and creamy avocado crema balance it all out. I’d probably do pineapple instead of peaches cause I just got a shit ton of pineapple but this looks so good 💕

What's a good alternative for cilantro? I just really can't eat it.

Natalia :

Ooooooooh I am making these!!! I'll probably use pineapples or mangoes instead of peaches tho. Everything else I will follow the exact recipe (I'm not a fan of peaches 🥺)
