I experience this at present. I work 7 days a week by my choice due to wanting to keep my mind busy because of my mental health. But physically sometimes I start to feel it but feel like when I mention having my actually official day off in the week I made to feel guilty. Don’t get me wrong some of the lads I work with tell me to have my day off and tell me they better not see me when they get to work. Think the longest I did was 102 days straight and ended up having to have 3 days straight off which felt wasted because I mostly slept 🥺
