@arsenioeats: The butter chicken & cheesy naan you asked for 🤤 chicken: 4 chicken thighs, diced + 1/2 cup plain yogurt + juice of 1/2 lemon 2 tsp Kashmiri chili powder, 2 tsp garam masala, 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt, black pepper → marinate while dough rises, then cook & set aside cheesy naan: 3 cups all-purpose flour + 1 cup warm water + 2 tsp instant yeast + 1 tbsp sugar + 1 tsp salt + 2 tbsp olive oil → let rise, stuff with mozzarella, flatten & cook 2 mins per side sauce: 2 tbsp butter + 1/2 red onion + 4 garlic cloves → sauté 1 can crushed tomatoes + 1 cup heavy cream + 2 tbsp butter 2 tsp garam masala, 2 tsp Kashmiri chili powder, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric, salt & pepper → simmer, add chicken back PS: forgot to film the onion & garlic 😭 sauté them in butter before the tomatoes.
