we camp at a off road park that has nice camping spots. $10 a night. I try to shop cheap for food & snacks. the gas is what gets us. diesel for fge truck to pull the trailer & the gas for a the dirt bikes. but still cheaper than a nice hotel & eating meals out

well... we can do a 5 person float on the river for 3 nights 4 days. NEVER HAVE I EVER spent that much money. we each have a hammock for sleeping and we pack food and snacks but never $2500 that's insane and wasn't planned well

The reservations are the most expensive… I make freezer meals, crack my eggs into a bag and freeze, etc. my grocery bill for camping is only maybe $50-100 more than regularly because of snacks and charcoal and meat to grill

You can’t count groceries and liquor you would eat and drink at home to. I always just count fees and gas.

That’s wild to me, in the Yukon you pay 250 a year and you can camp at any territorial campground for up to 2 weeks at a time and you can go as much as you want, aaaaand firewood is provided

Girl!! haha So we live in our trailer. We still spend at least $1500 when go away. ( We rent cabins) That is just how we roll. We don't fly, or really travel outside of Ontario. Though a trip on our sxs through the East Coast and West Coast is on our travel bucket list. Spend your money how you want to girl! I

Holy crap! What are you doing??? We spend $500 MAX and that’s going all out with food! Usually we spend $300 that’s with food. We go camping monthly.
