If Article 81 applies, the employee may still be entitled to receive their legal benefits, including unpaid salary, end-of-service benefits, and other dues, provided they can prove their claim. ⸻ ✅ Article 77 – Compensation for Contract Termination Article 77 deals with compensation when an employment contract is terminated without a valid legal reason. Generally: ✔️ If the employer terminates the contract without a lawful reason, the employee may be entitled to compensation. ✔️ If the employee ends the contract without a valid legal reason, the employer may also have the right to claim compensation, depending on the circumstances. For unlimited contracts, compensation is generally based on 15 days’ wages for each year of service, with a minimum of two months’ wages, unless the employment contract specifies otherwise. ako po 10 months na mahigit nagwowork dito sa saudi kait po sinasabihan ko na ang madam ko na bawal sa contact ko na ako ay pagtrabahuhin sa ibng bahay dinadala pa din nya ako sa bahay mg mfa magulang, minsan sa kapatid at madalas din sa byenan.. sa isang araw madalas dalawang bahay tinatrabahuhan ko kapag nakita ng madam ko na malunis na lahat sa bahay nya dadalhin nya nmn ako sa bahay mg nanay minsan kahit gabi na.. di nmn si madam ang rmployer ko na nakapirma sa kontrata ko kundi si baba pero ang madam ko ang nagdedesisiyon at dinadala ako para magtrabaho sa iba. wala nmn po ako sahod doon sa pagpapatrabaho sa akin sa ibng bahay.. tapos madalas kapag aalis sila iiwan ako sa bahay ng magulang o kaya byenan. kung anong 12 hrs ang trabaho ko sa bahay sa kontrata ko ganon din 12 hrs ang trabaho ko sa ibng bahay.. nakahold pa sa knila ang passport at iqama ko.. kahit nagrereklamo na ako ginagawa pa din nung babae ni madam.. sinasabihan ko na nakamoniyor na ang agency nmin cge pa din sya patrabaho sa akin sa ibng bahay.. minsan pagod na din ako sa ganon sistema.. para akong pinagpapasa pasahan.. tapos ang ibng bahay ng pamilya nya minsan nakikita ko nagbabayad ng oncall cleaners samantalangbsa akin libre lng wala sila binibigay sa akin tapos bawat utos kailangan sundin ko nakakainis na minsan kasi di nmn sila ang amo ko.. mga hipag pinsan kapatid mga wala pakundangan kung magutos sakin..
