Actually yes, I’m taking propranolol for migraine prophylaxis, ecitalopram because I’m slightly crazy, naproxen for first line of treatment for migraines and sumitriptan when naproxen don’t work 🙃

I love your videos. But phoning patients to ask why they are taking meds took me back to a recent call from pharmacist. How are you getting on with your new med? Great no issue. They then asked if I could confirm I have Parkinson’s nope I take the medication to counteract symptoms of anti psychotics so maybe people should know what they’re taking and why

My dr rang me last week to see if I still needed to take my propranolol, like seriously I’m on a cocktail of meds twice daily, I don’t know what med is doing what at this point 😂😭

I can confirm that many people do not know either what meds they take or why. I work in Occupational health - medication detection is a skill I have had to develop!
