Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). 2. Line a large roasting pan with parchment paper or foil. 3. Place the ham cut-side down in the prepared pan. 4. In a saucepan combine brown sugar, honey, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, cinnamon, black pepper, and butter. 5. Cook over medium heat until the glaze is smooth and slightly thickened. 6. Brush a generous layer of glaze over the entire ham. 7. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 1 hour. 8. Remove the foil and brush the ham with more glaze. 9. Continue baking for 30–45 minutes, basting every 10–15 minutes with the pan juices and remaining glaze. 10. Increase oven temperature to 400°F (205°C) during the last 10 minutes to caramelize the surface. 11. Watch carefully to prevent the glaze from burning. 12. Remove the ham from the oven once it is glossy, deeply caramelized, and heated through. 13. Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing. 14.
