Mongolian-Style 8 lb Leg of Lamb 😍蒙古风味烤大羊腿 Ingredients • 1 leg of lamb, bone-in (about 8 lb / 3.6 kg) • 6–8 whole garlic cloves • 1 bunch scallions, chopped • Salt, to taste • Homemade chili oil (optional) Seasonings • Cumin powder • Cumin seeds • Garlic powder • Onion powder • Chili powder • Paprika • White pepper • Black pepper • Mushroom powder Instructions 1. Pat the lamb dry with paper towels. Score the surface about ½ inch deep across the lamb. 2. Stuff the garlic cloves and chopped scallions into the cuts. 3. Season generously with salt and all the seasonings on all sides. 4. Grill at 400°F (205°C) until the internal temperature reaches 130–135°F for medium-rare. 5.
