I NEED to learn this…but i seriously struggle with emotional regulation like a switch in my head trips…i always feel guilty for everything and regret my reactions even when some are justified…it is just so much harder when you have ADHD and struggle really bad! With rejection sensitive dysphoria😮💨 its exhausting😔

I did this and it he faught so hard by trying to make situations worse so I would respond... I didnt but it actually taught me self control with my emotions. I still have a hard time
