Cosmo student here! As long as you are using heat protection you are fine lol. Actually it’s quite healthy to heat train your hair! What you are doing is laying the protective layer, your cuticle down and closing it! That is usually why it’s frizzy after showers especially if you use hot water. If anyone wants a little extra help with frizz after a shower try doing a cold rinse on your hair afterwards to close your cuticle back up because the heat will keep it from closing and will stay open. Luke warm/warm water (not hot) showers can help as well as you aren’t opening your cuticle as much.
