@tylerpath: If you're doing low-to-high cable flies to better bias the upper chest, there are two modifications that have greatly helped me better optimize the movement: 1) Taking a staggered stance is definitely better than keeping your feet together, since you'll be more stable. 2) Instead of keeping a supinated grip, how most people do the exercise, I recommend turning your wrist and taking a more neutral grip where you're leading with your thumbs.
