Perfect word for the week, Nicole. It actually perfectly bridges back to what you said earlier about letting guards down. Isn’t it fascinating how human psychology can take a very simple, well-intentioned phrase and create a completely convoluted interpretation in the subconscious, just based on past conditioning? Sometimes the most complex 'brain surgeries' we perform are just trying to un-convolute the hidden meanings people attach to our words. How do you usually break through someone’s convoluted overthinking when a simple script isn't enough?
