@blueprints_with_bob: Nobody talks about how much can happen in a single year if you just stay consistent. One year ago today, I posted my very first construction video. At the time, I wasn’t trying to build a business or become a content creator. I just wanted to share what I knew and hopefully help a few people understand construction a little better. I had no idea that one decision would completely change the direction of my life. Over the past year, this page has opened doors I never thought were possible. I’ve had the opportunity to work with incredible companies, train hundreds (and hopefully thousands) of people, and build a community of more than 75,000 people who all share a passion for learning and growing in this industry. But the follower count isn’t what I’m most proud of. It’s the messages from people who got a promotion, landed a new job, finally understood a set of plans, or simply became more confident because of something they learned here. If there’s one thing this year has taught me, it’s this: You don’t have to know exactly where the road leads before you take the first step. Start before you feel ready. Stay consistent when nobody’s watching. Keep showing up. A year from now, your life might look completely different. To everyone who’s been part of this journey - whether you’ve been here since day one or just found this page yesterday - thank you. I truly appreciate every one of you. Year one was incredible. Now let’s see what year two has in store. 😤👷🏽‍♂️
