@yourauntiepat: Xaymaca 🇨🇦🇯🇲 my favourite restaurant in Brampton. The father and son chefs are excellent cooks! I had oxtail, my favourite, and it did not disappoint! There was a beautiful pop up shop featuring The Rich Tradition, makers of authentic Jamaican black cake for all occasions. The owner, Ayanna, carries on her grandmother’s tradition making the cake with her recipe.
