Sorry, side note your genuinely so pretty, I love your freckles. Also, it’s nothing to be embarrassed about, I’m sure people who have the same thing are seeing this and are glad you shared because they have to do this as well. Im so proud of how far you’ve come, I know that’s weird from a complete stranger lol, but I’m genuinely so proud, it seems like a difficult thing to deal with. Have a good day!! 💗💗💗

Having health issues shouldn’t be a reason to feel shame. ❤️‍🩹 I got diagnosed with a lot of stuff earlier this year (March 17th, St. Patrick’s Day..); and it does genuinely suck to have to take so many medications every day to stay healthy or try to boost my immune system. I have PMOS (formerly PCOS), Alpha Gal (red meat allergy caused by a tick bite), hashimotos thyroiditis (autoimmune disease), iron resistance, and insane allergies that are immensely worse during the spring. I probably have more than that wrong with me after finding more info on related health issues — All the symptoms I have fit in at least one category of dysautonomia (an umbrella term used to describe several autonomic nervous system (ANS) disorders.) which are stuff like POTS, MSA, CCHS, etc. I also think I could have MCAS (mass cell activation syndrome—kinda sounds like what you may have?) or MTHFR (mother f**r, that’s what it’s literally called lol). Mind you, I only just recently got diagnosed with this stuff because of my findings on the internet (random tiktok videos) and doing my own research about my own body and health issues/diseases/etc. My previous doctor basically refused to do actual bloodwork and test me for the things I needed to be tested for, telling me I needed to go somewhere else, or just flat out lying to me; telling me I had regular pollen allergies due to the weather/season changes, blowing me off, giving me placebo pills. It is so so so important that you advocate for yourself when you think something is wrong. Do your own research. Seek opinions from real medical professionals that will care enough to want to help you. Thankfully I found myself a good doctor to go to. I hope yours are good too! Stay safe & remember you are your best friend; so take care of yourself!! 🫶

And I just wanna say, I really appreciate you being transparent and open about these things! It has helped me so much to feel less shameful about myself in ways I cannot control. Love you girlie!!
