This is such a good tip 😅 I used to eat avocados all the time and still had gut issues though. What finally helped me understand my digestion was reading Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green. It showed me that food combos matter just as much as what you eat. 27 lbs down and my digestion is finally calm. Honestly a game changer.
