My husband has had a compression fracture since he was 15. He also has arthritis in his hips, back, hands an left shoulder, needs a knee replacement, had cancer twice, so now he only has one kidney, he's 58 and still goes to work everyday.

Compression fractures are so painful, I have four of them. One I had fixed the other 3 healed on their own, but the pain is the worst I’ve ever had and nothing helps. So sorry for your pain.

We got the same pain and then some. I’ve needed a back operation since 2012. Both rotator cuffs have tears. I have bi lateral carpal tunnel since 2007. Three operations. One on my right hand and two on my left. The 2nd one on the left messed it up even more that I haven’t healed right and the middle finger developed trigger pain. I keep passing out since the hand operation if there’s too much manipulation. My neck needs surgery but it’s too risky. I’ve needed a left knee replacement for the past 5 years. I have Fibromyalgia and hyperthyroidism. Also deal with fibromyalgia and sciatica nerve issues on both legs. I look healthy and fine. I’m prone to falls. I got into guided imagery and acupuncture and those have been life changers. I still use western medicine but acupuncture gave me life back and able to put off the operations. I also have musculoskeletal pain.
