your not behind just that later you start the harder it is to catch back up if you saved 325 right now with a roth ira it would end up have around 500k invest being around 3.2 million in investments

Definetly not too old to start, I put in about 16500 between 19 and 20, and haven’t added more then a couple hundred bucks since, and it’s at 22k now
