Totally agree with you on this. I think subsidies can/should exist for a specific period of time for the industry to become self sustaining over time. The politics get in the way.

I actually agree that we still need other sources of energy including nuclear and natural gas. I agree it should all pencil out including Southern power not charging rate payers to expand nuclear years before it came online while giving a generous dividend to shareholders.

Amen! I’m a pilot car driver for the windmill blades and I’ve been saving this since I first started. All that hot desert land, put big solar farms. Where it’s windy put all the windmills. It’s too bad the majority of the energy created by GE windmills get pump over to China via under water lines.
