I never understood “carnivores” eating butter. It’s dairy! Carnivore means animal tissue, things you’d get from eating an animal. Butter is processed dairy

Her diet makes sense to me also meat is very expensive. But I think you still need a spf.

I truly try not to hate on certain diets but the carnivore cant be good for your gastrointestinal tract right? Like, what does that do to your colon after a while? Do you not need good rough fiber to keep it healthy?
