Hello, good morning. I am from Pakistan. My wife has pimples and persistent redness on her face. The pimples improve from time to time, but the redness never goes away despite using different medications. We are very worried. We have also had various medical tests done, and everything came back normal.
After doing some research, we found many of your videos very helpful. Based on what you've explained, I think my wife may have rosacea. You mentioned azelaic acid, and I would like to get more information about it.
Would it be possible to speak with you on WhatsApp or via direct message? I would like to send you all of her medical reports and the details of the medications she has taken so that you can better understand her condition and guide us accordingly.
Thank you very much.

So if you work night shift do you use Tret at night still or before you go to sleep in the day?

YES! I apply moisturizer + 20% Azelaic Acid + sunscreen (physical sunscreen better) in the morning and Tretinoin 0,025% with sandwich method every night :) I used to apply twice a week but now I apply them everyday. Now my skin is glowing 🥰

this is so true... I was prescribed a tretinoin 0.25 by my dermatologist and I'm in my 2nd month now, I see results for real... just be patient on your first month cause it really gives break out.

I’m on my 5th week of tret 0.1% and onto 3rd week of azelaic 15%. I use tret currently 4nights a week, increasing azelaic 5 mornings. I’m currently purging plugs out (no cystic or big acnes) every now and then with no inflammation or peeling. No stinging or burning since i started each active. But i look really ‘washed out’ even though my skin barrier is healthy. It’s been underwhelming so far. 😭
