Nope, my 8yr old ADHDer is gonna get his meds every morning! Not necessarily for me because i obviously birthed him and can deal with his wildness, but for him so his thoughts can be regulated and he feels a sense of calm

I understand how you feel. But a lot of adhd issues are not able to be put into words. I’m 35 and got diagnosed last year. I grieve my whole life not being medicated. I grieve all the things I could have done. And all the things I missed out on because of my untreated adhd.

I hear what ur saying! I truly do!❤️just another perspective as a 42 year old that definitely had add growing and still does. I recently started meds a two months ago and I’m so sad struggled my whole life when I didn’t need to. It’s like not giving someone eye glasses when they need it. Just my opinion

2 very different settings. 1 hes sat in a calm environment with a tablet too help him focus. 2 to being in a noisy shop with loads of space and nothing to occupie him.

those of you with ADHD as adults. do you remember being a child and constantly being shouted & being told you were basically a terrible person? how did you feel at the time and how do you feel about it now? do you feel bad about being a massive pain in the backside or do you wish your parents had been more accommodating?
