The fact you read 97 as her heart rate 😭 97 is her oxygen 68 is her heart rate it says pulse right next to 68 and Spo2 next to the 97 ther both good numbers

Hey yall. Whether you’re allowed to keep your bra/underwear on is facility dependent based off their own policies and surgeon preferences. Some allow it. Others don’t. Technically no personal belongings of any kind should be inside the OR to reduce the risk of infection as much as possible. It’s for the same reason OR staff wears scrubs into the OR and not their own clothes from home. Please don’t be alarmed if you’re asked to remove everything, even for knee surgery. -Sincerely, a surgical tech

The nerve block is the best thing. I had it with my total knee replacement and didn’t have to take any of the painkillers. Just Mobic and Tylenol.

I had surgery for endometriosis. I don’t even remember making it out of the room I was in before surgery. I vaguely remember the nurses saying okay it’s time but then nothing after that 😂

I had ankle reconstruction and the only thing I remember was the surgeon being overly surprised that I was able to walk because, and i quote, absolutely nothing was where it was supposed to be

Heal fast. I say this while icing my knee 8 weeks after knee replacement because yesterday was a big day. I walked 4 kilometers and did all of my PT.
